Goldbar Lake southern shear zone over 100 meters in width.
Diamond drilling in 1954 indicated a zone in drill hole M55-22 with over 100 m of 0.25% Cu and unknown Au - Ni values.
One sample taken from this shear structure shield 2.84% Cu, 120 ppb Au and 550 ppm Ni.
Marlhill Mines Ltd. conducted diamond drilling during 1954-55 on the Marlhill showings. Drilling of the Marlhill occurrence delineated a northern copper mineralized zone with intersections up to 0.45% Cu / 42.8 m in drill hole M55-17A. Gold assays were erased on the assay sheet.
